Our beef is grass fed and grain finished. A 1/4 share is $6.00/LB hanging carcass weight. A quarter will weigh between 140-165 lbs. Total cost will be roughly $1,100-$1,300 depending on exact cuts and extra add-ons. Yield of product you will take home will be 100-125 lbs. depending on the cuts you would choose.
